Shipping Policy

Order Processing

  • We ship orders within 1–5 business days of placement.
  • Once shipped, delivery usually takes:
    • U.S.: 7–20 business days
    • International: 10–25 business days

Within the First 5 Business Days

Your order will be dispatched between day 1 and day 5 after you place it.

  • If it ships earlier, you'll get a confirmation email with the tracking number.
  • If you haven't seen a tracking email by the fifth business day, please check your Junk/Spam folder.
  • Still no tracking info? Contact us so we can look into it.

After the Fifth Business Day

  • If your order hasn't shipped by day 6, rest assured our team has escalated the matter to the Fulfillment Center.
  • Allow up to three more business days for us to obtain and share your tracking number with you.

Delivery Windows & Tracking Tips

Within the Expected Window

  • U.S. orders: Up to 20 business days
  • International orders: Up to 25 business days

Why your tracking may not update immediately:

  • Carriers often scan packages at a regional hub near the destination—until that scan happens, online updates won't appear.
  • Some carriers only scan again once the package is out for delivery.
  • Tracking systems sometimes take time to refresh.
  • Certain shipping methods (e.g., Standard International) may not be fully trackable online, even though they still arrive by or before day 20 (U.S.) or day 25 (International).

Beyond Day 20 (U.S.) / Day 25 (International)

If your tracking shows no progress by those milestones, please allow an additional five business days—most orders arrive just after their expected window.

Beyond Day 30 (U.S.) / Day 35 (International)

  • We understand extended delays can be stressful. Any order held this long is escalated to our Fulfillment Manager.
  • Please give us 2–5 business days to investigate further. We'll email you with an update as soon as we have more information.

How We Determine Delivery Estimates

Formula

Estimated delivery = ship date + transit time

  • Transit time is based on the shipping option you chose and counts only business days (weekends don't count unless you selected weekend delivery).
  • Holidays are also factored into the transit estimate.

"Order Within" Countdown Timer

On certain products, you may see a countdown showing how long you have to order to receive delivery by a specific date. That date can change until you complete checkout; your final delivery estimate appears in your order confirmation email.

Free Shipping

  • Free-shipping orders arrive in 7–25 business days.
  • To keep shipping costs reasonable, we consolidate shipments, which can sometimes delay initial dispatch. Rest assured, we're still on track to meet the 7–25 business day window.

Expedited Shipping

  • Expedited shipping options are limited so we can keep product prices as low as possible.
  • If expedited is available at checkout, estimated delivery times are:
    • U.S.: 7–15 business days
    • International: 10–20 business days
